These terms govern your use of the Reflourish app. Using the app means you accept them.
Reflourish is published by Durvesh Bhalekar, an individual developer based in India. Contact: support@reflourish.app.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Reflourish on devices you own, for your own learning. You may not resell it, copy its content into another product, decompile it, or use it to build a competing service.
The card stacks, the games, the artwork and the text in the app are ours. Practising with them is what they are for. Republishing them is not.
Reflourish is free to try and subscription-based after that. There are two subscriptions and they buy the same thing:

Prices outside India are set per country by Apple and are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. The price you see there is the price you pay.
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per Apple ID. Nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of the seventh day the first payment is taken automatically unless you have cancelled before then.
Apple sells the subscription, takes the payment and issues any refund. We never see your card details and we cannot refund a purchase ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund is refused and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will help where we can.
An account is optional and exists to move your practice record between devices. Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete the account at any time from inside the app, and that deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple holds it.
Reflourish is for general learning and interest. It is not a coaching service, not exam preparation, and not a substitute for a syllabus, a teacher or professional advice of any kind.
Reflourish is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCERT, CBSE, any state board, any examination authority, or any university. Subject names and topic names are used to describe what the material covers and for no other purpose.
We try to keep the content correct and we will fix mistakes when they are reported. We do not guarantee that every statement in it is accurate or complete. If you find an error, write to support@reflourish.app.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers, use it in a way that breaks Indian law, or use another person's account without their permission. We may suspend an account that does any of these.
The app may be unavailable at times for maintenance, or because of a fault, or because a service we depend on has failed. Features may change, and content may be added or removed. If we withdraw the app entirely, we will say so in advance and you will not be charged for a period you cannot use.
To the extent Indian law allows, Reflourish is provided as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change that affects what you pay or what you get will be notified in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
